YESTERDAY, I was invited by Mr Vaea Bin Sarima as Deputy Education Officer at the Student Development Sector to officiate the HIP Carnival Program held at SJKC Yuk Chin.

This carnival is not just another event but a gateway to a world of opportunities, growth and cultural enrichment. There are several competitions in this year’s carnival the HIP team decided such as Action Songs, a singing competition in HIP Idol solo and Duo and a short film.
